It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Site is lawful under the laws applicable to you. The Operator does not provide legal advice.
- One account policy: You may hold only one Account with Mr O Casino. Duplicate, shared or jointly held accounts are prohibited and may be closed, with Bonuses cancelled and winnings voided.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Site, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, chosen password, and any other information requested.
- Email verification: After submitting the form, you may be required to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent by the Operator. Until verification is completed, access to the Services may be restricted.

- Refusal or closure: The Operator may refuse to open, suspend, or close any Account at its discretion where it reasonably suspects underage use, fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or legal or regulatory risk.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must provide true, complete and current information during registration and keep such information updated. Providing false or misleading information may result in Account closure, cancellation of Bets and forfeiture of funds.
- Password and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must:
- Keep your password secret and not disclose it to any third party;
- Not permit any other person to use your Account;
- Notify the Operator immediately via [email protected] of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Use for lawful personal purposes only: The Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or collusion.
- Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: If you wish to set limits or self-exclude from the Services, you must follow the procedures described on the Site's responsible gaming page (currently linked via https://mr-o.com/responsible-gaming) or contact support.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Rules
- Game rules: Each casino game, pokie, table game or live dealer game offered on the Site is governed by its specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information, as displayed within the game interface. By placing any Bet you accept the applicable game rules.
- Randomness and fairness: Outcomes of games (other than live dealer games) are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software under the Operator's offshore licence in Anjouan. While the Operator aims to ensure fairness, the exact certification bodies may vary over time.
- Time of acceptance: A Bet is considered accepted once it is registered by the Operator's servers and appears in the relevant game history or transaction log.
Placing Bets
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits displayed in the game interface. These limits may differ by game and may be changed by the Operator at any time.
- Currency and funds: Bets must be placed using the real-money balance or, where permitted, Bonus balance of your Account in the currency supported for Australian Players (commonly AUD or another currency as specified on the Site). You must have sufficient available funds before placing a Bet.
- Order of funds used: Where both cash and Bonus funds are available, the order in which balances are used is determined by the specific promotion terms and the Site's general bonus logic, as described in the Bonus Terms below and in promotional pages.
- Irrevocability: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator's systems, it is generally final and cannot be cancelled or modified by you.
Cancellation and Voiding of Bets
- System or game malfunction: In the event of an obvious error, misconfiguration, or malfunction of hardware, software or RNG, the Operator may:
- Void affected Bets;
- Cancel any winnings or losses resulting from such malfunction;
- Restore your balance to the state before the error occurred, where reasonably ascertainable.
- Incorrect game data or display errors: If there is any discrepancy between the information displayed to you (e.g., in your browser) and the information stored in the Operator's server logs, the server logs shall prevail. Erroneous prices, payouts or balances may be corrected.
- Fraud, collusion or prohibited behaviour: The Operator may suspend or void Bets and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent behaviour, collusion, exploitation of bugs, advantage play contrary to published rules, or other abuse.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and on the Site
- Respectful behaviour: You must conduct yourself in a respectful and non-abusive manner in any live casino environment, chat functionality, or other interactive features on the Site. You must not:
- Use offensive, obscene, racist, sexist, hateful or threatening language;
- Harass or abuse dealers, other players, or staff;
- Promote illegal activities or other gambling sites.
- No fraud or manipulation: You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, or use robots, scripts, AI tools or automated systems to play or place Bets.
- Monitoring and moderation: The Operator may monitor and record interactions in live games and chats and may suspend or terminate access to such features or to the Account in case of breach.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Discretionary offers: All Bonuses, promotions and rewards offered on Mr O Casino are discretionary and may be granted, modified or withdrawn by the Operator at any time, subject to any rights that have already vested.
- Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion is governed by these Terms and by specific promotional terms displayed on the Site or communicated by email or in-client messages. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail for that offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to certain Players (for example, new Players or invited Players), payment methods, countries or timeframes, as stated in the relevant promotion.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a Bonus you may be required to:
- Enter a bonus code when depositing;
- Opt in via the cashier or promotions page;
- Meet minimum deposit or game play requirements specified in the offer.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise:
- Deposit match and similar welcome Bonuses are usually subject to a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x - 50x the Bonus amount, or Bonus + deposit amount) before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
- Free spins winnings may be converted to Bonus funds with their own wagering requirement;
- Wagers placed with Bonus funds contribute to wagering only on qualifying games and at the contribution rates defined in the promotion.
- Timeframes: Bonuses generally have a validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused Bonuses, or Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the stated period, may be removed from your Account together with any associated winnings.
Game Restrictions and Prohibited Actions
- Restricted games: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from Bonus play or may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements (for example, some table games, live casino games, progressive jackpots or low-risk bets). The list of restricted games is provided in the promotion terms and may be updated.
- Bet size limitations: When playing with an active Bonus, maximum bet limits per spin/round may apply (e.g., a specified AUD amount or percentage of the Bonus). Exceeding these limits may result in confiscation of winnings and cancellation of the Bonus.
- Prohibited strategies: The following are examples of prohibited activities when a Bonus is active:
- Placing minimal or zero-risk bets to artificially complete wagering;
- Deliberately delaying game rounds (including in live games) to benefit from later play;
- Using any form of collusion or advantage play specifically aimed at exploiting Bonus rules.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- No automatic combination: Bonuses generally cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. Only one active Bonus may usually be in play at a time per Account, Player, household, IP address, or device.
- Multiple accounts and group abuse: Opening multiple accounts, collaborating with others, or otherwise attempting to obtain multiple Bonuses from a single offer is strictly prohibited and may result in Bonus cancellation, confiscation of winnings and Account closure.
- Right to withhold: Where the Operator reasonably believes you have breached Bonus rules or engaged in abuse, it may cancel Bonuses, void related winnings, adjust Account balances and/or permanently exclude you from future promotions.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Available methods: Mr O Casino may offer a range of Payment Methods for Australian Players, which can include:
- Debit/credit cards (where accepted for offshore gambling);
- Bank transfer;
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Prepaid vouchers;
- Certain cryptocurrencies, where permitted by the Operator and by applicable law.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts and any Operator-applied fees are stated in the cashier. Your bank or payment provider may also charge currency conversion or transaction fees, which are outside the Operator's control.
- Use of own funds: You must only use Payment Methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed where possible.
Withdrawals
- General rules:
- Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may conduct KYC checks, including verification of identity, address and Payment Method ownership.
- Withdrawals are, where feasible, made to the same Payment Method used to deposit, subject to method-specific rules and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month will apply and are detailed in the cashier or banking pages (refer also to the group's banking information historically published at https://mr-o.com/banking).
- Processing times:
- The Operator aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within several Business Days, subject to successful completion of KYC.
- Actual receipt of funds will depend on your chosen Payment Method and intermediary banks or networks; some methods may take additional days.
- Pending withdrawals: The Operator may, where permitted by law and these Terms, allow you to cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
Fees, Currency and Financial Adjustments
- Fees: The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees for certain withdrawals or for multiple withdrawals in a short period. Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation.
- Currency conversion: Where your account currency differs from the transaction currency, amounts may be converted at prevailing exchange rates. Conversion charges or spreads may apply and are your responsibility.
- Chargebacks and reversals: If a deposit is charged back, reversed or otherwise not honoured, the Operator may:
- Deduct the relevant amount from your Account balance;
- Void any winnings resulting, directly or indirectly, from such funds;
- Recover outstanding amounts from you, including via debt collection.
Refunds of Bets and Bonuses
- Bet refunds: As online gambling involves risk, Bets are generally non-refundable once accepted. However, in the event of malfunction, error or justified voiding under these Terms, the Operator may void affected Bets and restore the stake to your balance.
- Bonus refunds: Bonus funds have no direct cash value and are not refundable. Where a Bonus is cancelled (for example, upon Account closure), you may lose associated Bonus funds and related winnings, subject to any legal rights you may have.
- Responsible gambling considerations: Requests for refunds on the grounds of problem gambling will be considered in line with the Operator's responsible gambling policies and any applicable legal obligations under the Operator's offshore licence; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of Services: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to operate the Site and provide the Services in a fair, secure and reliable manner, consistent with its offshore licence in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator endeavours to ensure that game results are correctly recorded and that balances and transaction histories displayed in your Account accurately reflect your actual game play as stored in the Operator's systems.
- Security: The Operator takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and funds, including encryption and access controls, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures and interruptions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in telecommunications, internet connectivity, power supply, devices, or third-party software or platforms;
- Inability to access the Site or Services for any reason, including maintenance or security updates.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.
- Gambling risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You play entirely at your own risk. The Operator does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.
- Australian legal position: The Services are provided from outside Australia on an offshore basis. Certain Australian laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling services that are not locally licensed. The Operator does not guarantee that the Services comply with all Australian regulatory requirements and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your decision to use offshore Services.
Maximum Liability
- Without limiting any mandatory statutory rights, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Services, these Terms, any Bet, Bonus or transaction (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall be limited to the lesser of:
- The amount of the relevant Bet or Wager in respect of which the liability arose; or
- The amount of real-money funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and Services are owned by the Operator, its group companies (including associated brands historically linked to the Anden Online / Gambling Wages group such as Casino Extreme, Brango and Yabby) or its licensors. The current master version is published for the group at https://mr-o.com/privacy-policy, and may be adapted for the AU-facing Site at mro-au.com.

- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited upon termination, subject to any non-excludable legal rights.
- Your right to close your Account: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. After settling any outstanding obligations and subject to verification, the Operator will process the closure and, where appropriate, pay out any remaining real-money balance.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- The contractual relationship between you and the Operator, these Terms, and your use of the Site and Services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and established for the purposes of providing the Services, namely the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of Comoros), unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of another applicable law.
- To the extent that Australian law applies mandatorily to any aspect of your use of the Site, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under such law.
